Woodcutting & Firemaking
The four Olympian trees along the shore, the hatchet ladder that unlocks them, the Aetherheart World Tree event, and the Ashfall Tinderbox.
Trees
The grove on the west shore of the home island (Skills tab → Woodcutting) has every stock tree, and the four Olympian trees stand along the water's edge as landmarks - one in fourteen trees on the island, always within sight of the sea.

XP is the base on-screen drop before your multipliers. Every successful chop also hands out one 
Dracma on top of the skilling cash, and a plain 1-in-4 double-log roll applies to everything.
The Olympian trees are gated by hatchet tier as well as level: the Ichorwood needs at least the Cyclopean Hewing Hatchet, the laurel the Aetherium Crescent, and the cypress and heartwood Zeus' Stormcleaver.
The hatchet ladder
Each rung is faster than the last (speed 3 / 4 / 5 against a Dragon hatchet's 2.28), and the game always uses the best hatchet you carry - inventory or wielded. The old Worldroot Hatchet is retired; Zeus' Stormcleaver is its replacement.
Inferno adze (12,000 Skilling Points) is a dragon-tier hatchet that burns one log in three as you chop, paying Firemaking xp for logs you never light. It cannot cut Olympian trees.
The Aetherheart World Tree
Every 30 minutes the Aetherheart World Tree rises somewhere in one of the island's skilling districts - quarry, wisps, farm, theatre, market or the Pharos - and a broadcast announces it. It is a 4x4 tree with a Chop-down option that stands for 500 chops or 30 minutes.
- Level 80 to chop; drops
World-tree kindling.
- Pays triple Skilling Points for the whole event.
Blood Beaver doubles the kindling you get. 500 kindling forges the beaver itself.

Firemaking
Olympian logs burn at their tree's level for the same xp they were cut for (11k / 13k / 16k / 20k). Two things change the maths:
Donator zones make logs catch faster (cycle -10 / -25 / -50%).
Outfits and multipliers
- Lumberjack set (
hat, top, legs, boots - 4,000 points each): +10% Woodcutting xp per piece and +10% more for all four, 1.5x in total.
Brawling gloves (wc) and 
(fm): x1.75 for 200 actions a pair.
- Harvest talents: Bountiful (+15% double gather), Swift Hands (+20% speed), Prospector (+75% gathering xp).
Aura of the Jack-of-Trades - 25% double logs on top of everything else.
Efficiency Totem - each charge banks a log straight from the tree.
Logs are Forge fuel
Ichorwood logs forge the Aetherium Crescent (250), the Ashfall Tinderbox (500) and 500 Efficiency Totem charges (250). Apollonian Laurel logs (500) forge the Stormcleaver. Ambrosia Heartwood (100) is one of the three materials for the Aura of the Jack-of-Trades. Bank them.
