1. Who we are
Olympus is a fan-run private game server operated by its staff team. We are not affiliated with Jagex Ltd. The easiest way to reach us about anything in this policy is the Olympus Discord.
2. What we collect

We never see your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe, which handles card data under its own privacy policy. We receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded, the amount, and the email address you entered at Stripe's checkout.
3. How we use it
- To run the game, the website, the store and the Discord integration.
- To keep accounts secure and enforce our Terms of Service - for example, detecting alternate accounts, cheating or chargebacks.
- To deliver purchases and provide support.
- To show public information that is part of the game: usernames appear on highscores, drop announcements, vote leaderboards and Discord feeds.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone except the service providers below.
4. Who we share it with
- Stripe - payment processing.
- Discord - if you link your account or use the Discord server. Our application reads your Discord id, username and Olympus-server roles; it does not read your messages or your membership of other servers.
- Hosting providers - the game server and website run on rented servers; the providers process data only on our behalf.
- Vote toplists - when you vote, the toplist site receives your username to confirm the vote.
We will disclose information if required to by law.
5. Cookies
The website uses a single session cookie so you stay logged in, and a security token to protect forms. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. The game client stores your settings in a folder on your own computer.
6. How long we keep it
Account and game data is kept while the account exists. Purchase records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and dispute handling. IP addresses in logs are kept for a limited period for security. Discord links are removed when you unlink.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and its data. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. To exercise any of them, message the staff team on Discord from the Discord account linked to your game account, or from the game account itself. We will respond within 30 days. Note that we may keep purchase records and ban records where the law or our legitimate interest in preventing abuse requires it.
8. Children
Olympus is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, tell us and we will remove it.
9. Security
Website passwords are stored hashed, the website is served over HTTPS, and payment details never touch our systems. No online service is perfectly secure, so use a password you do not use anywhere else.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the service develops; the date at the top shows the current version and material changes will be announced on Discord.
