The Stormheart Flask is the Sunfire and Eclipse Elixirs forged together: +25% damage and +25% drop rate, just for carrying it. It replaces both elixirs rather than stacking with them, and the Forge is the only other way to get one.

Open it on the Box Opening reel for one of the gym Pokemon. A Great Ball can give nearly the whole roster - even a Rayquaza - except Arceus, and a legendary out of one is capped at 75% perfection. Every species and its odds are on the reel.

Everything a Great Ball can give, Arceus included - though an Ultra Ball Arceus is capped at 75% perfection, so it can always be beaten.
