The daily login ladder, and two world events that roam the home island
A four-week login ladder with a claimable door every day, and two home events - the Aetherheart World Tree and the Titansteel Meteor - that land somewhere new on the island every 30 minutes and pay triple Skilling Points while they stand.
Daily login
::daily - and the panel that opens on login - is a four-week ladder, seven doors a week. Each door is a claim; the week-end doors (day 7, 14, 21, 28) are the big ones. One claim per household per day.
Two events, one cadence
Every 30 minutes one of two events lands on a random clear tile of the home island - the spot is picked against the real map, so wherever the island grows they keep landing on open ground - and both announce themselves in chat.
A 4x4 tree with a Chop-down option. Its kindling (500 of it) is the material for the 
Blood Beaver, it drops Blightwood twigs 
World-tree kindling, and every action on it pays triple Skilling Points while it stands.
An amethyst-streaked rock and the bulk source of Titansteel ore 
Titansteel ore - the level-150 metal - with a 1-in-100 chance of 
Starvein Dust Starvein Dust per swing. Triple points here too.
