The Olympian Hymnal - a third prayer book
Twenty god-prayers on a third prayer tab, each written to beat the best stock prayer or curse for the same job. Everything stacks, the drain doubles for every prayer past the first, the book is bound from five bought parts, and the twelve strongest prayers are taught by scrolls of the gods.
A third book
The stock Prayers and Curses are unchanged. The 
Olympian Hymnal adds a third tab of twenty prayers named for the gods - Piety's 20-25% becomes Blade of Ares' 30%, Turmoil's 15/23/15% becomes a flat 35%, the three Wards beat the three Protects, and the top of the book does things no stock prayer does: Storm of Zeus, Hunger of Hades, Reaper of Thanatos, Sands of Kronos, Favour of Tyche.
Two rules make it its own thing:
Light as many Hymnal prayers as you like - there are no conflict groups. Ward of Ares and Hunger of Hades can both be up.
The drain of the whole set doubles for every prayer past the first. Two prayers cost twice, three cost four times, four cost eight. Pick a build; don't light the book.
Getting the book
The Hymnal is bound from five parts, and none of them drop - every one is bought, so the book is a goal you can plan for:

With all five in your pack, Bind the front cover. The first Read unlocks the book for good and consumes it, like a prayer scroll; from then on any altar cycles Prayers, Curses, Hymnal and back.
Scrolls of the gods
Eight of the twenty come free with the book - Blade, Arm, Bulwark, Aim, Mind and the three Wards. The other twelve are locked until you read the scroll that teaches them, one scroll per prayer, consumed on reading, permanent per character.
Where each scroll drops is listed on the Hymnal guide as the boss and raid tables are finalised.
Every prayer's level, drain and exact effect is on its hover panel in-game and on the guide, with three suggested builds.
