The Sanctuary#

::starter lands you in a temenos - a walled temple precinct with a gate at the south, five courts on a processional ring, and a raised bronze court in the middle with a sacred way running gate, temple, spring.

Each court belongs to one monster on the kill-count ladder: Minotaur, Scorpion, Naiad, Cyclops, Lesser Titan, and Talos on the bronze court as the capstone. Clear a court's count to unlock the next - the next court will not let you attack until the count is in - and each court pays a full gear set for one style at 200 kills, with a tribrid set at the top.

   Speak to Hebe at the plaza for the starter kit, then walk the ring - the gate court first.

   Every kill counts toward the court's total; the panel shows how far you are.

   Pick the style you want to main and take that court's set at 200. The capstone court pays for all three.

Gear Score#

Every zone in the teleport panel shows a required Gear Score and the boss HP, both computed from the real item stats and the real monster rather than typed by hand - so if the panel says you are ready, you are. Your own score is the same formula over what you are wearing: damage counts most, accuracy a little.

The cast#

Every NPC at home has a Greek name and a job: Hebe runs the starter store, Athena the Skilling Point Store, Hermes the Olympian Point store, Nike the Prestige store, Zeus the vote rewards, Demeter the farm, Artemis the hunt, Medea the Enchanting hall.
